Ziel: ermöglicht deinem Kind ein leichteres Einschlafen

Paket 2) Schlafcoaching „Basic“

  • Schlafprotokoll führen – über 5 Tage
  • Auswertung der Protokolle
  • Ausrichtung am persönlichen Schlafbedarf deines Kindes durch Erstellung eines individuellen Schlafplans
  • ggf. Optimierung eurer Abendroutine 
  • Coachinggespräch (persönlich, per Telefon oder Videocall) – Dauer ca. 2 Std.
  • Ziele definieren -> gemeinsamen Lösungsweg finden und umsetzen
  • finale Lösungsschritte umsetzen
  • kurzes telefonisches Abschlussgespräch

Ziel: ermöglicht deinem Kind ein selbstständiges Einschlafen und altersgerechtes Durchschlafen 

Dauer: 3-4 Wochen
